First of All 
We offer Allow to open delivery on COD orders — you can inspect your order Originality before making payment.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
