Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Within Karachi: 1–2 business days
- Other major cities: 2–4 business days
- Remote areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders are subject to a small handling fee which will be displayed at checkout.
Open Delivery on COD Orders We offer open delivery on all COD orders — you have the right to inspect your parcel before making payment. If the product is damaged, incorrect, or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.
Please note: You may inspect the packaging and product, but opened/used products cannot be refused unless they are defective.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned and a re-shipping fee may apply.
